Our holiday house stands out because among the many present in Rome, it has the following characteristics:
- PRICES, will not be easy to find in Rome as competitive prices in an place so central;
- LOCATION, we are a stone's throw from St. John Lateran. The metro is only 200 meters and the bus for the center, pass just below house!
- CLEANING and HYGIENE, we can delivery to you the apartment after a service of cleaning and sanitizing of which we are pride;
- HOSPITALITY, so warm welcome, friendly and family is an added value that we offer our guests;
- SEVICES, on request we do the transfer from / to the airports, for a carefree holiday.
LOCATION and CONNECTIONS The apartment is located in one of the most central areas, at only 500 meters from the Basilic of St. John Lateran!!!
You will stay in a quiet and historic building restored, with 4 floors. You will live in the 1th floor.
You will find the roman subway - called “Metropolitana” - 250 meters away.
The station is called “Re di Roma”. The bus stop is only 20 meters away from the door of your house.
800 meters far you can take a train which arrive and depart at the railway station FF.SS “Tuscolana”.
The house is located in a very important commercial center which includes the
Via Appia, a shopping street about 3 kilometers, directly
behind the house!

APARTMENT The apartment is a renovated one room flat about 32 m², supplied with furniture and appliances including a king-size bed and a single bed.
There is a terrestrial digital TV with DVD player.
In the kitchen exists a oven, a microwave oven and a fridge and a freezer.
A shower, a toilet and bidet will be yours in the bathroom.

SERVICE The price includes the utilization of sheets, bath towels, towels for bath
and kitchen, pots and pans, and a hair dryer.
The house invites you to make known the really roman life because of it`s beautiful location.
As already written there are a lot of shops next to you. You have the disposial between supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, cinema, pub,
drink cabinet, internetpoint, italian coffee bar, pizzeria, restaurant and public gardens.
Please note, it is forbidden to bring animals with you.
It is also forbidden to smoke in the complete house.
SIGHTS NEXT to YOU From the house you can reach in less than ten minutes on foot, the Basilica
di St. John Lateran, the symbol of Christianity worldwide. Even closer is the Basilica
of Holy Cross in Jerusalem, also that a symbol of the Christian religion as one of
four basilicas jubilee.
To 5-minute bus home from holiday, there is the Coliseum does not need any introductions.
At three subway stations is located railway Termini station, while the Vatican is only
10 minutes by metro.
Note that the major monuments and places of interest in Rome,
can be reached with bus "85", the bus which stops in front of the home(Basilic of St. John,
Coliseum, Imperial Forums, Victorian, Via del Corso, Piazza Colonna, Quirinale,
Trevi Fountain, Via Nazionale, Via Frattina, Via Condotti, Spanish Steps, Pantheon).
Who is on holiday in our home, can forget the car and resume it at departure!

To know the availability, please contact us!
The price: euro 35 person/night (minimal booking, 2 people); 3 persons,
euro 30 each person. Prices are identical in every period of the year, excluding
periods of Christmas, Easter and 1st May. In those periods, the price is 50 euros
per person/night.
Check-in: between 4:00 and 7:00 pm.
Check-out: not later than 10 o'clock a.m.
Booking: We reserve the house for you, if you pay 30% deposit of the complete price.
Payment method: Postal money order, Bank transfer
BEFORE SENDING THE DEPOSIT, CONTACT ME TO CHECK AVAILABILITY OF THE HOUSE
Payment:cash when you get the key of the house. Cancellation: Refund of the deposit is not possible. You have to pay the complete price, also if you depart earlier.
ARRIVAL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT "LEONARDO DA VINCI" (Fiumicino).
The international airport is next to Rome. You can get the train named “Leonardo Express”. This train brings you directly to the roman railway station “Termini”. Catch the train from 6.37 a.m. until 11.37 p.m. every half hour from the airport to Rome, or from 5.52 a.m. until 10.52 p.m. every half hour, from Rome to the Airport. The journey takes 35 minutes.
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT "CIAMPINO"
You can arrive at this airport by public means of transport. The airportshuttle brings you to the railwaystation “Termini” or to the subway stop “Anagnina”.
RAILWAY STATION "TERMINI"
You arrive by subway to the house. You have to get the line A with direction “Anagnina”. Leaving at “Colli Albani” you arrive at the house in 7 minutes.
If you like, you can also arrive by cab. Take one of them comfortably at the big parking space in front of the station.
CAR
Take the exit 21 "Tuscolana" at the G.R.A – Grande Raccordo Anulare, and follow the traffic sign to the center. Follow the course of Via Tuscolana for 8 kilometers.
